RIM sues Samsung—"BlackJack" sounds too much like "BlackBerry"

Research In Motion will sue Samsung for infringing on the BlackBerry name with the release of their BlackJack smartphone. The suit, which was filed in the U.S. in early December, alleges that Samsung chose the BlackJack name to associate the handheld with the successful BlackBerry. RIM is not only seeking damages and legal costs; it wants the courts to order Samsung to destroy all BlackJack devices.
