Am posting a short column this week, since news is a bit light due to the holidays. I’ll point you to a couple reviews and freebies.

This looks pretty useful for the mobile tweaker and dev types out there in WM land who want a device-side cab file editor.  Last year I got to judge a cab utility called Air Wizard, which was kind of cool for building custom/multi-app cab files, but required a PC.
