Check out WinMo 6.5 with the free Developer Tool Kit

 Want to check out the latest version of WinMo, but don't want to spring for a pricey device until 7? Go grab the free Developer Tool Kit from Microsoft here. With it you can run 6.5 in an emulator on your PC! You might  decide after trying it you want to spring for a new HTC toy after all! The download is a little big though, (230-280MB, depending on the localized version) and I had some minor tweaky issues installing on Vista, but it's pretty easy to set up and use. You can test the new Internet Explorer, Active Sync and even simulate a 3G network connection using your PC's network hardware.
