This looks pretty useful for the mobile tweaker and dev types out there in WM land who want a device-side cab file editor. Last year I got to judge a cab utility called Air Wizard, which was kind of cool for building custom/multi-app cab files, but required a PC. SKKV Software has not released the app yet (called CABIntegr), but should be out next Monday, 7 September 2009. Read on for a list of features...
CABIntegr features:
- * Creating new CAB files
- * Editing CAB files
- o Adding files
- o Adding multiple files in one operation
- o Adding registry keys
- o Importing registry keys from REG files
- o Adding custom* shortcuts
- o CAB files compression supported**
- o Pre- and post- XML provisioning files supported***
- o Managing storage of information needed for the program removal
- * Viewing all CAB files which are available on the device
- * Viewing contents of CAB files
- * Extracting contents from CAB files
- * Creating new CAB Provisioning files
- * Converting REG files to CAB files
- * Support several languages of the interface
- * (W)QVGA/(W)VGA support
- * Windows Mobile 5/6 Classic and Professional compatible
