Mamaich is a well-known hacker/tweaker (I use the word "hacker" in the absolutely positive meaning - don't mistake it for the words 'cracker', 'intruder' or 'script-kiddie'!) on the Pocket PC, particularly over at XDA-Developers. He has contributed a lot (and I really mean that!) to the Pocket PC: a Pocket PC version of a DOS emulator, several HTC-related tools etc. His site has been inaccessible for quite some time. Fortunately, now, it's back again! It's definitely worth a look if you're looking for some very nice systems utilities, hacks and articles (the latter are mostly Russian-only, though).
