Q: How should I install WMP 9 skins on my QVGA Pocket PC? A: 1, get the skin. In this tutorial, I use Darius Wey's Shady Skin; other skins should be installed the same way. 2, it'll, most probably, have several image files and a .skn file in a subdirectory.
