The answer is yes!
You have to make a one minute video, no bigger than 50 MB, with an aspect ratio of 4:3. Check out my friend Doug's VidOpp.com site for full details, but here are a list of the prizes:
1st prize: TyTN II HTC Smartphone
2nd prize: Touch HTC Smartphone
3rd prize: Touch HTC Smartphone
