Everybody has been waiting for this game - and I can confirm it was well worth the waiting! This game is a real must if you like space shooter arcade/strategy games with great (stereo, even in the game!) music. I've tested the game on my HTC Wizard, Dell Axim x51v, Pocket Loox 720 and iPAQ 2210. (Note that it's not compatible with PPC2k2 devices - I've tested this on my iPAQ 3660. The game installed OK, but then, it refused to run, showing some error messages.) I've only encountered minor bugs (except for the software incompatibility issues on the Loox) For example, on the iPAQ 2210, I encountered some problems upon the game/field loader and the exit screens - it kept flashing all the time. Also, the in-game loader screen froze on my HTC Wizard at first; a soft reset cured this and I haven't ever run into the same problem any more on the same device . Finally, it seems to be pretty sensitive to the currently installed programs on the PDA - with my application/games set on my Pocket Loox 720 (almost nothing installed in RAM), it just wouldn't start. It, however, runs on a freshly hard reset, 'clean' Loox without problems. A note: the game is a real CPU killer (as with most action games) and will eat through your battery really fast. On 624 MHz devices like the x51v, it's preferable to lower the CPU speed to 520 MHz (but, to avoid low FPS's, not 208 MHz) to save some battery life. Verdict: give it a try, you'll most probably like it (if it runs on your PDA, that is!) UPDATE (03/23/2007): Allen Gall's review
