Albeit Opera Mini isn’t a fully-fledged Web Browser (especially if you compare it to “real†Pocket PC browser), it certainly does have its place under the sun, especially on “dumbâ€, albeit Java Midlet-capable mobile phones.
Now that Opera Mini 2.0 has been released, some long-demanded features have been implemented; for example, file download. With this, also taking the very good page loading speed and reduced bandwidth usage, it may be a nice alternative to even fully-fledged Pocket PC browsers.
Please read Java Midlets on the Pocket PC - the Complete Tutorial for a complete tutorial on downloading it and setting it up.
