Atomic Cannon is a really nice arcade game from the developer (Isotope 244 Graphics) of Acky's XP Breakout, the best arcade game for the Pocket PC in my opinion. The game is definitely worth checking out if you like the genre. Fortunately, its in-game music is also on par with that of Acky's XP Breakout and is stereo; you can also set the player parameters (stereo/mono; sampling frequency). Finally, the game boasts a new "power save" feature, which lowers CPU usage and, therefore, saves battery life. Click for screenshot The game is really good and runs nicely on my VGA Pocket Loox 720. My only grief is the still-lacking real (inter-PDA) multiplayer capability. The author of the game, however, has promised me by mail that the game will have inter-PDA multiplayer support soon. Note that I've discovered a nasty bug in the game: if you switch to Landscape viewing mode during you play a game, the tanks become "buried" under the ground. That is, tanks on the ground in Portrait will be placed under the ground in Landscape (click the two links to see a screenshot of the same game, first in Portrait, second, right after switching to Landscape). Therefore, do not change orientation during a game to avoid problems arising from the bug. Additional discussions: AximSite PocketGamer
