Do you have an MS Smartphone (Windows Mobile (6) Standard)? Then, you'll have a LOT to read!

Due to both popular demand and some EXCELLENT new Smartphone models pretty much comparable to even Pocket PC's, I've decided to put special attention to MS Smartphone (Windows Mobile (6) Standard) devices in the future.

This means a LOT of never-before published tips, tricks, hacks, tutorials on Smartphones, with special emphasis on "hacking" Pocket PC programs / games onto the Smartphone. You’re interested at least in the latter, I bet ;-)

I'll also come up with a thorough comparison of the no doubt best Smartphone of today (the HTC Vox) and my, because of the excellent call recording capabilities, favorite low-end (but still current) Smartphone model, the HTC Oxygen. Yeah, I know there is a plethora of HTC Vox reviews, but 1, they aren't comparative (and everyone knows no hardware or software exist in void and thorough comparisons MUST be made between them in order to be fair) 2, most of them aren't very thorough (for example, none of the reviews I've read elaborated on the phone call recording capabilities or on the application unlock and other “hacking” – for example, de-branding – possibilities.)

You may have already noticed I've paid special attention to Smartphone compliance in my most recent reviews; for example, in the Review: decent phone call (!) / note / MP3 recorder VITO AudioNotes 1.3 out!. I’ve also added some (but still not thorough) compatibility info in Access your desktop PC from your Pocket PC!.

Today, I’ve added a completely new section on the Smartphone compliance of MS-DOS emulators to the related, well-known The definitive guide to running (MS-)DOS (80x86) programs under Windows Mobile (along with adding info on the brand new, but not really recommended pckDOS).
