In my article on PMRecorder, the currently best way to auto-record phone conversations on Pocket PC Phone Edition, I've described the algorithm of converting the recordings it produces to be standard WAV files.

The algorithm has been implemented in the meantime. The new program can be downloaded from here (just click the link after "PMRBackup.zip"). It's also capable of syncing call files to the desktop PC.
