Toonel is a great and free way to considerably reduce your Internet costs because it compresses all your Web traffic, and can also compress your e-mail traffic too. I've just run into a Russian language Toonel tutorial on Russian forum 4PDA.ru. It's, basically, based on my well-known article on setting up Toonel, with a lot of welcome extensions and new screenshots. The discussion thread also contains a lot of additional information and links to some of my newer, Toonel-related posts. Speakers of Russian, this article is a must. Ohh, thanks :) I didn't want to actively participate in the discussions there. Much as I understand Russian quite well, I haven't used it for some 17 years and, therefore, my spoken/written Russian leaves a lot to be desired. Hope 4pda.ru users won't be upset by my answering in English (but not forcing anyone to speak English to me) :)
