Widcomm Bluetooth stack for the HTC TyTN (Hermes)?

I've often elaborated on the problems of the Microsoft Bluetooth stack; for example, the questionable A2DP sound quality. (See for example this thread.) Now, following my advice, XDA-Developers forum member jasjamming has started a thread, where he collects donations for the first person that actually manages to "hack" the Widcomm BT stack on the HTC device. If you want to have a substantially better and more functional Bluetooth stack on your HTC TyTN, head over the linked thread and make sure you follow it.

We use Nuance voice recognition engine HTC TytnII. Works well with wired headsets. Does not work with BT head sets. Even MS Notes app does not work with BT head sets.
What do we need to change? Is it possible to confogure the MS BT stack so that BT stereo head sets can work?
