Widcomm Bluetooth stack for the HTC TyTN (Hermes)?

I've often elaborated on the problems of the Microsoft Bluetooth stack; for example, the questionable A2DP sound quality. (See for example this thread.) Now, following my advice, XDA-Developers forum member jasjamming has started a thread, where he collects donations for the first person that actually manages to "hack" the Widcomm BT stack on the HTC device. If you want to have a substantially better and more functional Bluetooth stack on your HTC TyTN, head over the linked thread and make sure you follow it.
