Unofficial Awards Announcement

We've promised that we would announce winners of our awards no later than today. Unfortunately, we had a catastrophic hard disk crash last week (actually 2 of them). So, despite what is supposed to be latest and greatest hard disk redundancy system, all work copied to our server after Wed has been lost. Also, we lost about half the emails sent to us on Thursday and Friday -- so please resend if you sent any of us something.

We had our Awards pages ready on the server. We had to recreate it today while having limited access to the Internet and the server. Consequently, although it is now late afternoon, we are still trying to update the awards site with proper information.

I realize most of you reading this, don't care that much about our problems -- you just want to know winners. As of this writing, if you click the nominations tab at www.pocketpcmag.com/awards you can find winners.

We have our webmaster staying late to try to get everything up properly, including a special report available for sale and download found from www.pocketpcmag.com/products/. If you order it, and you get the 2005 version, E-mail me at hal [at] thaddeus [dot] com and I'll send you correct version.
