Accessory Review
Rapoo Bluetooth Keyboard
It's not foldable, but it will fit in your pocket. This ultrathin, stainless steel, sleek Bluetooth 3.0 keyboard measures only 82mm x 206mm x 5.8mm or 8 x 2 3/4 x 3/16 inches. It comes in your choice of black or white keys. Unfortunately, it only supports IOS devices.
After a two hour charge, it will perform for up to a month, and the keyboard works up to 30 feet away from the device to which it's linked.
This keyboard features iPad hotkeys for convenience. But it does not come with a manual, so you have to figure it out on your own.

MagicWand
I miss the stylus from the old Windows Mobile days. These new touch screens can be difficult for accurate typing, drawing, and pointing. A stylus is much more precise. When the iPhone first came out, I used to call its users nose miners. Ah, the good old days of yore.
Anyway, I back in business. I just acquired a magnificent MagicWand by MediaDevel that would make Harry Potter envious.

Handsfree with Supertooth Buddy

I don't know why it's not illegal to drive and text/talk at the same time, but there are still some states that don't seem to care. It's a lethal combination. Nothing give me shivers more that a soccer mom with a van full of kids yakking away on her phone.
It really doesn't matter if it's against the law or not; it's simply not safe. Everyone should have a handsfree device for mobile phones in the car.

All-Weather Soft Mount Bike Mount

Riding my recumbent bike, one of my great joys. Another great joy is tracking my trips and playing music along the way. For this purpose, I need a good handlebar mount that will allow me to hold my PDA in plain view securely.
My first bike mount was a disaster. I thought my phone was securely fastened, but on the first bump, the unit went flying, the battery cover in one direction, the body, and battery in other directions.

Geek timepiece: 4-bit Binary Watch
It seems to me that fewer and fewer people wear watches these days in favor of using a mobile phone for keeping time. Yet watch companies appear to be alive and well. I think they have to be more innovative and creative with design and functionality to keep in the game.
Recently a noteworthy watch by Cadence watch company came to my attention.

Desk Pets
Are you getting tired of playing Solitaire when you want to take a little break? I've got just the thing for you--DeskPets. They are a veritable hoot.
At present there are two species: the Skitterbot and the Trekbot. The Skitterbot is an arachnoid-like robot that skitters around on six legs. It looks something like a tarantula, but unlike true arachnids that have eight legs, Skitterbots only have six legs. The Trekbot kind of reminds me of a robotic racing wheel chair without a passenger.
Both species come in four flavors. The Skitterbot comes in maroon, blue, clear, and green.

MWC: (Quick) review: Altec (Plantronics) 903 / 906 A2DP Bluetooth headphones – wowz, they rule! + Sennheiser
Altec Lansing, a branch of Plantronics, revealed their brand new A2DP Bluetooth headphones, the Backbeat 903 (without a Bluetooth transmitter dongle) and the 906 (with a dongle) in early January (see THIS for the report). The new model has just hit the shelves for $100 and $130, respectively. That is, they aren't particularly cheap - but, it seems, they are worth every penny.

Celio REDFLY: Your Phone Becomes a Laptop
I was pleased to see that two new Celio REDFLY models were announced last week. Basically, the REDFLY is a small laptop that uses your phone as its brain. In addition to covering that, this week I want to pass along a how-to on syncing your device with the DVR recorder you use with your TV. And we’ll note an offer of free multiplayer games on Microsoft’s Windows Mobile TotalAccess web site.

GPS Hardware and Accessories for the Windows Mobile Platform
Global Positioning System (GPS) functionality is one of the most sought after add-ons to a Windows Mobile hardware and software platform, and for good reason. With the ability to not only find and track but also to extend services to Internet location-based services (the "killer apps" for this category), GPS technology can bring an entirely new and exciting experience to the Windows Mobile platform.

Making Sense of Secure Digital High Capacity (SDHC) Cards
Flash memory cards are a handy way to increase storage memory on digital devices of all types. They are especially useful for smartphones with limited built-in storage because image, music, and video files can quickly fill up internal memory.
