Dear mjeremyt,
1) About

Dear mjeremyt,

1) About smilies. You just need to type the wide-spread symbols for smilies right in the text box where you write your mesage, and they will be automatically transformed into graphical smilies. You can also add them to templates, the same way, by typing the common symbols for smilies. I quote all of them here: :-) :-( :-D ;-) :-* :-x :-o :-P :-@ :-$ :'-( :-|

In the next version they will be in templates by default.

2) This should not be happening. Your messages are supposed to be saved as well and displayed in the chat window together with the messages from the receipient. Please, contact our support by submitting the form at http://vitotechnology.com/en/support, there you will say your device model and describe the product. We will think of a solution for you :)

I have been trying to get

I have been trying to get some help on using SMS Chat. I love it, but I think I am missing out on some key features. First, how do you use Emoticons? Step by step would be helpful. And second, I would like to not only see the person's response, but my own question. Sometimes I get an answer and it is not intuitive enough to remember what the original questions was. It shows my question, briefly, while it is sending it with a yellow arrow. Then it disappears. Then I only have green arrow messages left that show the person's response. Please help. Thanks.

Â
Hi Tim,
Â
1) Thank you

Hi Tim,

1) Thank you very much for taking time to look at SMS-Chat. You're right that the program has improved over the recent updates and we are ready to work more on it.

2) We will fix the bug you're mentioning with the smilies.

3) I do not quite agree with the point when you are saying that after a message is sent it is dead buried in the chat. No, as you yourself menion the message can be forwarded to other contact or you can resend it to the same contact (in both cases the message can be edited as well). And moreover, there is no mess as to do it, it is only necessary to tap on the message and then in the menu that slides up from the bottom tap the necessary option: delete, resend, forward.

4) Groups - good idea, but difficult to realize if you think of it from the simplicity pow. But will think of it.

PS My birthday is on your Independance Day: 4th of July :) I must have confused you. Anyway, thank you all from whom I received congratulations. I'm looking forward to getting them on the 4th of July as well. Thanks :)
