 <description>&lt;p&gt;If you mean SDRAM (dynamic RAM) instead of Secure Digital then, it&#039;s no longer possible to buy RAM-bbased memory cards.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Back in the days of WinCE 1.0, thre were SDRAM PCMCIA cards; I too had one. Unfortunately, that&#039;s no longer the case. The best choice now is getting a card with a file system that  that turns out the best in your PDA, speed-wise.&lt;/p&gt;
