I'm working on a project and i need to know if there is a way to access a 8-bit register in my mobile from out side it. i want to connect come sensors to my mobile and use it.

i know how to programs mobiles, the voltage in and out of it ,and the speed if the microprocessor of the mobile. i need only away to access a register.
