Where should we post (or who should we send) general recommendations about improving the awards as well as recommendations for altering the categories, etc.?

I would like to also suggest that any developer or manufacturer post your latest titles here. http://www.smartphonemag.com/forum/forum.asp?FORUM_ID=39 ( Product Announcement Section ) of the forum. This will also ensure your product gets the public attention it deserves. The database is very helpful for your title to be considered for the awards but can easily get buried among a sea of titles within a large category. Therefore, let the world know but providing details in the above forum section.

Also, Werner is only one person thus I would suggest you contact the bloggers here also or any of the moderators in the forums whenever you have a new release. We can certainly do a review or follow up on your release to help spread the word.
