Ashi, I don't think I can predict the future. The next "big thing" is Nokia's Next-gen N-Gage. Its success (or failure) will definitely have an impact on Windows Mobile gaming as well (possible ports to Windows Mobile? Or, Microsoft licensing N-Gage from Nokia?). In addition, HTC's reluctance to release gaming-friendly PDA's (see their Qualcomm video driver fiasco) will also have an, unfortunately, absolutely negative impact on the entire Windows Mobile platform: fewer developers will produce fast-paced action games & emulators for the platform because of HTC's (and, therefore, the graphics-crippled) huge market share. This is one of the reasons I'm pretty much disappointed with HTC's latest, related announcement.
