ChaCha is free and there are no hassles, literally send in any question. You can also get information specific to a certain location from ChaCha, you just have to send a zip code or city name. Another benefit of ChaCha is that it only requires SMS capabilities (no mobile web necessary, no downloads, no applications, no fees).
