Nope. Actually, it isn't even known whether it will be officially offered in the U.S. (I believe it won't - just as with Toshi's earlier phones -, but, hopefully, I'll turn out to be wrong.)

If it won't be offered, then, it surely won't have US 3G (or CDMA) support - meaning you will only be able to use it on GSM networks and only on 2.(7)5G (GPRS / EDGE).
