Pro:
Essential if you want to connect with a real human in an organisation. Invaluable if you want to dodge the robot customer service voice and get something sorted out quickly. Delivers a simple list of Organisations and phone number sequences to key in.
The MobiPocket reader is an excellent choice for this application. I particularly liked the quick navigation slider to a page number, and the easy adjustments for text size and page margins.
Cons:
It's just fine as it is.
