Please readhttp://smartphonemag.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=15401 . Note that mPhone is not guaranteed to work (it refuses to synchronize on/with a variety of devices) and the IAStyle web server have been down for days (if no more) - they may be out of business.

As the other synching solutions are somewhat and/or severely limited in synching functionality, you may also want to consider synch'ing your phone with your desktop Outlook database, and, only after this, synchronize these contacts with your Pocket PC.
