How to capture image with HP camera?

I have bought a HP Ipaq 4700 and hp PDA camera for a robotic project. We are coding our program in evc4 for win CE. One part of our work is to capture environment image and process it.The question is how to code "capture and send the picture to PDA".. Please someone help me. We want to get ready for the competitions. regards,
