Suggestions for Database Software

I am looking for suggestions on a suitable database solution. I am a home inspector and wish to port our data collection and reporting system to a PPC. I currently own an HP Ipaq 2415 which I use for my appraisal business. I use a commercial software package for appraisal and am looking to use the handheld for my inspection business. I have downloaded HandDBase and have just started to play around with the demo. This might be the best solution but I was hoping to get some feedback before I actually buy it. I am looking for a package that allows ease of creating customized forms, allows for images, ports data to excel or access, and allows for custom reports that can be printed directly from the PPC to a bluetooth printer. The reports would be 10 +/- pages long. The database itself would be pretty simple; my biggest issue, I think, is the report/printing function I'm looking for. I am not a programmer so I would like something relatively easy to work with. Any ideas?

You might want to take a look at SprintDB Pro plus Printing. Like HandDBase, it will let you sync with Access tables on your desktop and it adds the ability to print from your PPC. Like all PPC printing apps, you will find this much more limited than printing from your desktop and the range of supported printers will be limited.
