There're several FM CF cards (and even some SDIO ones) - see for examplehttp://www.ambicom.com/products/multimed/fm-cf.html . As for AM, however, there aren't any - to my knowledge.

Technically, it's harder to build an AM radio in CF/SD form factor because it requires a larger (ferrite-based) antenna, unlike FM radios. Prolly this is why there aren't any AM radio cards.

I have heard of a Radio card for the PDAs. I think it was a SD may have been a CF card. Don't remember where to find them though.
