Pocket IE is MSIE4.01 from memory.
You'll need to click the "Switch back to the Yahoo! version supported by your current browser." link on the same screen where it complains about the lack of an up-to-date browser per Menneisyys posted linkhttp://smartphonemag.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=18151 on this subject.

Yes, by default, everything. However, you can instruct most apps go to the SD card instead during installation time, right in ActiveSync, by just answering "No" to the question whether it is OK to install to the default location and choosing your card from the drop-down list. This, however, won't install everything on the card – some (or, in cases, all) stuff will remain in the main memory. You will want to relocate/delete this stuff by hand. It requires a lot of time (once), but is certainly worth the effort. Please read my tutorials and articles on this stuff at either here, at the Tips forum, athttp://www.winmobiletech.com or in my forthcoming blog athttp://www.smartphonemag.com/blogs/index.php?blog=3 .
You're tring to connect to Yahoo Mail, I suppose. Please readhttp://smartphonemag.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=18151 on this subject.
If you have problems with other sites as well, let me know and I give you more specific info.
You can't and you won't be able - HP won't release the WM5 upgrade for the rx3xxx series. Please seehttp://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=39971 for the reasons (for example, the utterly unreliable and, therefore, for WM5, completely useless File Store).
However, now, taking into account the huge RAM usage and the current incompatibility problems, you don't lose much by not having a WM5 device. I wouldn't get a WM5 device now if I only had one Pocket PC already upgradable to WM5 or had to choose between a WM2003SE and a WM5 device. Later, the situation will definitely change - for now, a WM2003SE device is still a better choice.
