Hi,
Please consider taking the HGP-100.
HGP-100 from Practical Solutions
The HGP-100 is a PDA cradle featuring a built-in GPS receiver. The model's standard positioning service (SPS) provides full navigation accuracy and 12 parallel satellite-tracking channels for fast acquisition and reacquisition.
Includes built-in amplified speaker to enable GPS voice navigation for easy use (can also be used for MP3 content playback!).
The HGP-100 features changeable connectors and includes a built-in charger for PDAs. Patented universal grips allow it to contract and expand on either side to mount PDAs of various sizes.

Tested the x50v. Much more quiet/worse than the Pocket Loox 720 and considerably worse than the old iPAQ h36xx/h37xx series. A bit (but not much!) better than the iPAQ 2210/hx4700 though.
Verdict: you may end up having to buy/use an external amplifier (-enabled mount).

Is it possible to check the sound volume of the x50v as soon as possible?
I want to order my PDA today if possible?
Thank you

The hx4700 is pretty quiet, even when compared to earlier iPAQ models like the h31xx/h36xx/h37xx. You really should use it in a car with an external, mount- or car radio-based amplifier.
I'll test the volume of the x50v as soon as possible and compare it to my PDA's.

Is the sound quality of the HP 4700 really that bad and the
one of the Axim X50v really that good?
I don't now which PDA to choose, Dell Axim X50v or HP HX4700?
Can anyone help me to choose one of them?
I will use it most of the time for navigation.

Well, I haven't done comparative tests with my other PDA's, but I'm pretty sure it's much louder than the hx4700 (the latter has a very bad and quiet speaker, which is still prone to burning down - just like the one in the iPAQ 2210) but isn't as loud as the one in the Pocket Loox 720.
Some people recommend the Siedio G2500 Mount (also see this thread on x50v car mounts). It's pretty expensive, but it has a built-in speaker and other goodies.
I'll try to make a direct comparison of the volume of the x50v vs my 2210, 3660 and PL720 some time if you don't want to get a mount with a built-in amplifier/speaker.
