IAPQ refuses to reboot

Hi. First tinme poster, so be kind! :-) I tried a soft reboot of my IPAQ 1710 today (sticking the paper clip inthe little hole in the bootm) and the display now is constantly flashing the inital reboot screen and is showing no porgress onthe reboot. I cannot power off. I have tried rebooting again but to no avail. Can anyone offer any advice? mm

try the hardreset or contact th device vender

hold the reset button down then hit the power button (if that doesnt work, check your user manual ;-) )
