I am having a problem when I try to view atachments using TH as my pda browser. If i use IE I have no problem but IE does not display sites in as compplete a form as TH. Any comments. Thanking you

Hello John,
What version of Thunderhawk are you using and what type of device are you running it on?
I am confused by your statement "try to view attachments" is this via a webbased email system or java window?
If you visit a site with pop-ups, a prompt usually appears, asking if you want to view pop-ups or continue, and from here you should be able to save the attachment(if possible) to your device for viewing. I don't think TH supports autolaunching of Word Mobile, Excel Mobile, Powerpoint Mobile,etc...
I know several people have complained of the inability to view faxes via Thunderhawk. The work around was that they had to identify an incoming TIFF/TIF fax attachment, then switch to Pocket I/E and view the fax via third-party software(that allows TIFF/TIF support) right from within I/E or in the third party viewer directly.
