Installing the X-Lite SIP phone will set you up on Free World Dialing automatically. This will save you from having to enter all the settings to get you connected to a carrier. Once you've learned your way around the SIP world, you might want to move up to X-Pro. A special thanks to Xten Corporation for agreeing to give the full version of X-Pro ($50 value when released) to everyone who installs this beta version. Way to go, Xten! Price: Free Use With: Pocket PC 2002 __________________

Thanks for the reply Menneisyys. The free X-lite on my desktop has been configured to use FreeWorldDialup. But I was looking for x-pro in particular since the PocketPC apparrently requires it(x-lite doesn't work on PocketPC).
However, a quick search on google lead to:
http://www.pdastreet.com/software/pdas/X-Lite-Soft-SIP-IP-2003-4-13-pdastreet-pdas.html
where they host x-lite v1.01 for PPC's (old version when x-lite used to deal with PPC)!!
Also, if there is a YahooMessenger (that offers pc-to-pc audio calls) for PocketPC, that would be great.
Thanks,
-A

Speaking of free but excellent VoIP phone apps, I also recommend Gphone. I've posted a detailed review and set-up guide of it athttp://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/forums/viewtopic.php?p=344212

Hi Nitin,
Would you know how I could get hold of this? The link you provided doesn't show that download.
Thanks,
