i have a pocket pc, its an asus razor zayo, a600, its pretty old and has been broken for the last while, the battery, or more specifically, a little chip attached to the battery, fried, i don't know how, but it did.

please help me, i would love for this to be fixed, i would like to know how to fix it, by attaching batteries of a similar voltage to it if possible, the charger was 5.0 volts. the device can also be charged using the cradle, if that helps

I'm not familiar with your unit, nor could I get to the picture, but if the burned chip is connected to the battery I'd guess it might be an overload device. If it is then I'd also guess that the battery pack shorted out and would need to be replaced.
Really just guessing at this point.
You might snoop ebay for the battery pack.

yeah your right, that's what I assumed it was, and i found the battery pack on ebay, but now my adapter is dead, by little brother broke the end off, so now i have to find a new one...
