Cannot Sync Calendar, Tasks, Contacts

My company recently updated my compupter (standard Microsoft updates), and now I cannot cync calendar, tasks, and contacts. Everything else seems to sync fine. I noted Outlok 2007 has an .oft file as the default. Can anyone suggest how to fix?
